Lucille Helen Patrick, age 96, of North Little Rock, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2011 at Arkansas Hospice.
She was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on August 28, 1914. She was preceded in death by her parents, James M. and Martha E. Adams; her husband, Camden Patrick; and two daughters, Martha Kay Patrick and Julia Carol Patrick Kocinski Smith.
Her survivors include her granddaughter, Lisa Kocinski Farmer and grandson, John Kocinski; great granddaughters, Anna and Riley Farmer; and great grandson, John Camden Kocinski.
