Mr. Elzie C. "Bud" Martin, 84, of Lake Village died Wednesday, February 10, 1999, at the Lakewood Rehabilitation Center in Lake Village. He was a retired farmer and carpenter and a member of the New Bethel Assembly of God. Survivors are his wife, Pearl Martin of Lake Village; a son, Johnny Chandler of Portland; three brothers, Dick, Raymond and High Martin, all of England; a grandchild and a great-grandchild. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 13, in the Bishop Funeral Home chapel in Lake Village with Revs. Gerald Lewis and Bob Davis officiating. Burial followed services at the Lake Village Cemetery.
