Mrs. Ora Venable, 95, of Louann died early Monday in an El Dorado hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Ouachita County and was a member of the Smackover Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons, B. T. Venable of Bearden and R. F. Venable of Little Rock; a daughter, Mrs. L. D. Perdue of Louann; and eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Proctor Funeral Home Chapel in Camden. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery near Camden. (El Dorado Times - January 11, 1971)
