November 5, 1909 - September 7, 1965
Mrs. Hattie Mae Frazier, 626 Cherry Street died suddenly Tuesday while shopping in the Morning Star Addition. Mrs. Frazier was the daughter of Henry and Scennie Williams Island. She was a member of Douglas Chapel Baptist Church. She was married to Rev. S. B. Frazier in 1943. Her survivors include her husband, Rev. S. B. Frazier; four stepchildren; two sons, S. B. Frazier, Jr., San Francisco, Calif., David S. Frazier, El Dorado, two daughters, Mrs. Lula Mae Lee, Palo Alto, Calif., Mrs. Marilyn Johnson, San Francisco, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Roland, Ohio; one brother, Henry Island, El Dorado; one aunt, Mrs. Aminda Thompson, El Dorado; two uncles, Claude Williams, El Dorado, Ernest Ross, Junction City; 12 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Douglas Chapel Church. Rev. J. I. Thomas officiating. Burial will be at Rosenwald Cemetery in Junction City under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home Inc. (The El Dorado Times - September 14, 1965)
