June 24, 1924 - July 18, 1986
Cecil Louise Brown was the daughter of the late Jarrett Jackson and Mrs. Jackson. She received her public education from Washington Howard and Lincoln High schools in Fort Smitha she graduated in the Class of 1942. She was a member of the Mission Point Baptist Church and served as secretary of the Sunday School and a member of the usher board.
