December 22, 1895 - February 14, 1972
Consuella V. Carter, was the daughter of the late Newton and Sallie Clements. She began her schooling at Douglas School in Van Buren. After graduating from Lincoln High School in Fort Smith, Arkansas, she attended Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was married to Hosea Conley, to this union one son was born. After the death of Mr. Conley, she later married Earnest Carter who preceded her in death. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. She died at the Myers Nursing Home in Kansas City, Missouri.
