Johnnie M. King, 92, of Dayton passed away Friday, April 24, 2009, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center Hospice. He was a retired dairyman and insurance agent, having served on numerous boards. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie King; and one son, Gerald King.
Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009, at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Dawson Cemetery in Milltown. There will be no viewing.
He is survived by one son, Phillip King of Dayton; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mark King, Zack King, Matthew Fry, Paul King, Lance Fry, Tony Jones and Chris Fry.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Dayton Baptist Church family
