Pauline Beecham, 83, of Greenwood died Saturday, March 5, 2005, in Greenwood. She worked at Farmers Bank, Greenwood Industries, Dunn's Flower Garden, and Elmore's Five and Ten. She was a member of the Greenwood United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Order of the Eastern Star and was chosen by the church as "Valentines Sweetheart, 2004." Her husband, George Beecham, preceded her in death.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, at the Greenwood United Methodist Church with burial at Dawson Cemetery in Milltown under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

Survivors are one son, Royce Beecham of Fort Smith; one daughter, Linda Phillips of Diamond Head, Miss.; two brothers, Jerry Nichols of Greenwood and Paul Nichols of Woodland Hills, Calif.; one sister, Geraldine Collier of Rock Island, Ill.; three grandchildren, Deanna Hampton, Kelly Layman and Tim Beecham; two step-grandchildren, Glenna Moss and Greg Chamblee; seven great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be 1 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Sam Martin, Tim Layman, Stanley Roe, Larry Rodgers, Steve Floyd and Steve Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Williams, Charlie McGowan and Terrall Jones.
