*Obituary
Royce Dean Beecham of Greenwood(Sebastian County), Arkansas, died Friday, June 6, 2008, in a Fort Smith(Sebastian County, Arkansas), hospital. Mr. Beecham was 67 years old. He was the President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles(Arkansas), and employed at the Deer Trails Golf Course. Mr. Beecham was an avid bowler and golfer. He was the son of the late George and Pauline Beecham.
He is survived by his wife: Carolyn Beecham of the home; three daughters: Deana Hampton of Greenwood, Arkansas, Kelly Layman of Springdale, Arkansas, and Glenna Brown of Greenwood, Arkansas; two sons: Tim Beecham of San Antonio, Texas and Greg Chamblee of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one sister: Linda Phillips of Keller, Texas; 10 wonderful grandchildren: Chase, Cory, Cameron, Katie, Emilie, Evan, Chelsea, Katie and Camden; and one precious great-granddaughter: Natalie.
Funeral service was held on Monday, June 9, 2008, at the Greenwood United Methodist Church.
Pallbearers were: Galen McKibben, Dennis Pugh, Jerry Kline, Matt Brown, Greg Chamblee, and Fuzzy Canady.
