Dorthy Cantrell Hardaway, 83, of Conway died Thursday (June 13, 2002) at Conway Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born July 15, 1918, in Cave City, a daughter of Thornton and Laura Stout Cantrell, she was a widow and a self-employed elderly care worker.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Alvin Cantrell, Mark Cantrell and Othell Cantrell; and two sisters, Letha Brock and Matoke Cantrell.
She is survived by one sister, Ethel Hollaway; and one brother, Alphieus Cantrell.
Graveside services will be 9 a.m. Monday at Cypress Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home.
enjoyed reading, traveling, working with Missions, golf, whistling and writing poetry, and was a former member of the Arkansas Poetry Society.
