Funeral services were to be held this afternoon for Elizabeth Roella Tomlinson, 88, of Winslow, who died Monday night at St. Edwards hospital in Fort Smith.
The services were to be held at the Winslow Baptist church with the Rev. Glenn Steel and the Rev. N. V. Drake officiating. Burial was to be in Brentwood under the direction of Moore's funeral home.
Mrs. Tomlinson was born Oct. 11, 1879 and spent her entire life in Winslow.
She is survived by her husband, George E. Tomlinson; two sons, Amzi of Winslow and Grant of Vernon, Texas; four daughters, Mrs. Peggy Shafer of Winslow, Mrs. Maggie Mann of Shidler, Okla., Mrs. Sylvia Watson of Cesco, Texas, and Mrs. Lillian Lutz of Kansas City; three brothers, John, Lohn and Grant of Fayetteville and Elmer of Talihini, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Guinn of Goshen and Mrs. Pearl Kelly or Muskogee; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
