Ova Huddleston, 78, of Paris, AR, formerly of Russellville, Arkansas, died Friday, December 5, 2003 at Paris Health & Rehab in Paris, AR. The daughter of Archie and Delia Ann (Clayborn) Clayton, Sr., she was born May 18, 1925 at Indian Creek, AR. Mrs. Huddleston was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Russellville and retired from St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son: Boyd Wayne Huddleston; two brothers: Wylie Verlon Clayton and Kenneth Stanley Clayton.
Survivors include one son and daughter in law, Ronald D. and Elaine Huddleston of Lamar; one daughter and son in law, Diane and Jim Collier of Dallas; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Rev. John L. and Ruby Clayton of West Fork, Archie Boyd and Wynette Clayton of Paris; one sister in law, Beulah Clayton of Russellville.
Funeral was held at 2 P.M. Monday, December 8, 2003 at Humphrey Chapel. Rev. Larry Moore will officiate. Burial was at Lane Cemetery north of Dover, Arkansas, by Humphrey Funeral Service.
