Wife of James Thomas Franklin
Presillah Ann "Francis" Crossno. Francis was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth "Betsy" Welch. She married James Thomas Franklin, Sr. on May 8th, 1856 in Franklin Co., Arkansas. Francis and James were the parents of William Levi Franklin, Reverand, b.1860, who married Mary E. Morse. James Thomas Franklin, Jr.. b.8/10/1862, who married Lucy Ann Caroline Kuykendall. John Riley Franklin, b. 2/4/1866, who married Mary Cordelia Whisenart. Nancy Elizabeth Franklin, b. 1/14/1868, who married Hiram H. Webb. Annie E. Franklin, b. April, 1870, who also married Hiram H. Webb after the death of Nancy. James died on December 11, 1877. Francis then married John Rider. Contributed by Kathy Franklin-Hamilton
