Funeral services for James Monroe Crabtree, 94, of Star Route, Cedarville, Arkansas were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with the Rev. Pearcy Atwell and the Rev. Rupert Pixley officiating. Burial was in Morrison Cemetery near Rudy, Arkansas.
Mr. Crabtree, who died Friday in a Fort Smith, Arkansas Nursing Home, was a retired farmer and a member of the 88 Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife; five daughters, Eunice, Vondalena; Reba, Wanda and Alma; eight sons; 31 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
