PHILLIPS, Charles R. – Mrs. E.M. Phillips, widow of Charles R. Phillips, who died August 1, 1879, filed Widow Application #13893 with the Confederate Pension Board of Washington County for a Confederate widow pension and it was received as allowed August 10, 1906 at the State, citing her husband’s service with Company K, 22nd Arkansas Infantry from 1861 thru 1865.
