*Two children are dead following a crash on I-10 east of I-75. Nine people inside one vehicle were rear ended by another vehicle causing them to crash.

"Oh my God. Lord have mercy," says Willy Collins.

Collins was in panic when he called 911 after he witnessed a horrific car crash.

"I've seen two to four people thrown out of the vehicle and she can't find her baby. Ma'am its very horrible out here," added Collins.

The Florida Highway Patrol says 3 year-old Kadin Tidwell and 13 year-old David Brannen were killed in the crash. FHP says the boys were cousins. Two families were driving from Arkansas to Daytona for vacation.

Five adults and four children were in a Dodge Durango SUV. They were rear-ended driving eastbound on I-10 by a Chevy Cobalt sedan driven by 20-year-old Jordan LeAnn Burch from Jacksonville, FL.

Two adults in the SUV were taken to Lake Shore Hospital in Lake City with non-life threatning injuries. The other five passengers were air-lifted to Shands Gainesville.

According to the FHP, the driver of the Cobalt lost control of her vehicle, rear ending the SUV causing it to spin around and flip several times.

"The Durango spinned in a clockwise location and at one point started sliding sideways with the left tire leading the right. Then it overturned," says Lt. Mark Boatwright of Florida Highway Patrol.

Police say the truck flipped several times. "There were multiple victims ejected from the vehicle," added Boatwright.

Charges are pending against the 20-year-old driver. She was taken to Shands Jacksonville for her injuries.

Those in the car were:
•30 year old Kenneth D. Tidwell
•24 year old Kandis N. Fisher

•3 year old Kadin Tidwell (died)
•13 year old David Brannen (died)
•43 year old Janice Vasquez
•3 month old Kadren Tidwell
•3 year old Carlos Vasquez Jr.
•30 year old Eric Sellers
•19 year old Ashley Sellers
