Fines Obit
Fines E. Allen, 79, of Cedarville died Friday, Oct. 25, 2002, in his home. He was a retired shipping/receiving supervisor for Gerber Co. He also had worked for the Forestry Service and the Civil Conservation Corps. He was a member of the Shamrock Community Church and attended the Cedarville Senior Citizens Lodge.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam.
He is survived by his wife, Lorene; two daughters, Dena Gray of Portland, Ore., and Linda Jones of Fort Smith; a stepdaughter, Pat Edwards of Chester; three sons, Jerry Allen of Van Buren, Emery Allen of Kibler and Nathan Allen of Fort Smith; five stepsons, Jeff Edwards of Chester, Johnny Edwards of Uniontown and Gary Edwards of Fort Smith, and Tommy and Roger Edwards, both of Van Buren; a brother, Glen Allen of Grants Pass, Ore.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chris Marion, Tommy Wells, Paul Seratt, Bobby Evans, Jerry Don Atwell and Eulis Pridgeon.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons.
