Clayton Alton O'Brien
Clayton Alton O'Brien, 69, of Siloam Springs died Monday at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born in 1906.

He was a retired foreman for Allie Metals in Piketon, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife, Emma, of the home; three sons, Ermel O'Brien of Siloam Springs, Harold O'Brien of Broken Bow, Okla., and Alton Charles O'Brien of Eloy, Ariz.; two daughters, Beulah Matthews of Bakersfield, Calif., and Euphima Anthony of Eloy, Ariz,; a brother, Oakley O'Brien of Bethel, Ohio; a sister, Donna Dean of Piketon, Ohio; 24 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held today in United Pentecostal Church in Siloam Springs with Rev. Vestal Estes officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Pyeatte Funeral service.

Emma Obrien
Emma G. Obrien, 85, of Siloam Springs, died Sunday, April 25, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 1, 1908, at Torchlight, Ky., to Willis White and Ida Lee Wilson White. She was a homemaker and a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse, Siloam Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Alton "C.A." Obrien, in 1976, and by a son, Thomas Obrien.

Survivors are three sons, Ermel Obrien of Siloam Springs, Harold Obrien of Broken Bow, Okla., and Alton Obrien of Lake Stevens, Wash.; two daughters, Beulah Matthews of Hagerstown, Md., and Euphitna Adams of Siloam Springs; a sister, Eva Jordan of Columbus, Ohio; 24 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral is set for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Apostolic Lighthouse, Siloam Springs. Burial is to be in Oak Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Vestal Estes and the Rev. Tim Estes officiating under direction of Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
