Mary Thompson
CAVE SPRINGS — Mary "Jayne" Thompson, 64, of Cave Springs died Nov. 17, 2006, at the Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. She was born Nov. 5, 1942, in Fayetteville to Walter Wesley and Lilly Marie "Dudley" Sowell. Thompson was a Washington and Benton county resident all her life and graduated from Springdale High School. She worked as a cook at the Oakdale Junior High School in Rogers and helped deliver The Morning News for 22 years. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Thompson.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar, of Cave Springs; a son, Michael Thompson and wife Brandy of Cave Springs; daughters, Jaccine Thompson of Cave Springs, and Victoria Fox of Fayetteville; four grandsons; four sisters; two brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services are pending family arrangements.
