BRUCE E. PARKER
Bruce Eddis Parker, 78, Rt. 5, Fayetteville, died Feb. 9 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born May 27, 1898, at Hindsville, he was the son of Walter Henry and Julia Fitch Parker, a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World Wars I and II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eula Belle Litton Parker of the home; two sons, Henry K. Parker and Raymond Casey Parker, Fayetteville; four daughters, Mrs. Betty Louise Points, Springdale, Mrs. Oda Angeline Boaz and Mrs. Lynda Irene Johnson, Fayetteville, and Mrs. Jan Atkinson, Houston, Tex.; one brother, Raymond J. Parker, Fort Smith; one sister, Mrs. Angeletta Faddis, Huntsville; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Moore's Chapel. Burial will be in Round Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Moore's.
