Carrol “Annette” Dycus-Baltz, 50, of Mayflower, Arkansas, passed
away Tuesday, November 11th, 2008 at her home in Owasso, Oklahoma.
Born August 25th, 1958 in Conway, Arkansas. A daughter of the late Carl, Jr. Dycus and Barbara Ellen Dycus. She was a homemaker, a friend, and a wonderful mother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Scotty Mullins, and niece Renee Daniels.
She is survived by her Daughter Cherika Baltz, her Fiancé Dr. Gregg Coker, two brothers, Johnny Dycus of Conway, Arkansas, and Tim Dycus of Carlisle, Arkansas; two sisters Cathy Smith of Conway, Arkansas and Tersia Long of Conway, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were Anthony Dycus, Larry Dycus, Heath Lewis, Robbie McCoy, David Fizzell and Randy Jones.
