He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Truail Starr & Anna Royce Duke Starr; a sister, Virginia & husband Doc Dodson; and brother, Truail &wife Martha Starr.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Judy Chandler Starr; four daughters: Becky Daniels, Sherry & husband Mike DeJarnette, Betsy & husband Pete Moss,& Stacy & husband Chris Simpson; one son, Bobby & wife Lisa Starr, all of Conway; 17 grandchildren: Coby Pearce, Rickey Pearce; Jake, Cash, Amy, Cole & Corey Schichtl; Heather & husband Scott Womack; Zack DeJarnette; Justin, Sarah Beth & Brandon Moss; Tyler & Nick Starr; Cacy & Cody Simpson; three great-grandchildren: Jevin, Caitlyn & Kirsten Womack; two sisters: Mary & husband Joe Mosby & Kay Baldus,all of Conway;& many nieces & nephews.
Pallbearers were all 13 grandsons.
