Mrs. Loretta Farris, 73, of Hot Springs Village, formerly of Conway, died Sunday (Feb. 20, 2000).
Born Aug. 24, 1906, in Vilonia, daughter of the late Wylie and Corrine Grunder Gragson, she was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Conway.
She was the widow of Jeff Farris Sr., for whom the Farris Center at the University of Central Arkansas is named.
Survivors are a son, Jeff Farris Jr. of Hot Springs Village, former president of UCA; a daughter, Ann Farris McMullin of Springdale; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery. Burial will be by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Farris Scholarship Fund at the UCA Foundation.
