Dorothy Umfleet, 91, a resident of Russellville, formerly of Gamaliel, Arkansas and St. Louis, Missouri, died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville.
She was born October 4, 1918, at St. Louis, to Joseph and Mamie Niles Kuhnert. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Loring “Bill” Umfleet; a brother; and three sisters.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Judith and Steve Long of Corinna, Maine and Denise Umfleet of Dover; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Carol Kuhnert, Harry and June Kuhnert, and Warren and Joyce Kuhnert, all of St. Louis; two sisters, Laverne DeLucia and Geraldine Gleidt, both of St. Louis; and other relatives and friends.
