Born and died in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Hubert Ladurel and Bobbie Gean Waters Harlan They are both buried in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Sheryl Wallis, 22, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday at University Medical Center in Little Rock. She lived in Jonesboro a lifetime and was a member of the Nettleton Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Robert A Wallis Jr. of the home; one son, Robert A Wallis III of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert L. Harlan of Jonesboro; three sisters, Mrs. Kathy Scott and Miss Debbie Harlan, both of Jonesboro, and Mrs. Judy Long of Trumann; one brother, Mike Harlan of Jonesboro; and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mabel Waters Hawes of Trumann.
Funeral services will be at 10 Friday morning at Nettleton Baptist Church with Rev Gary Fulton and Rev Mikael Carrier officiating. Burial will follow in the Boliver Cemetery near Harrisburg, under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 6 this evening.
Pallbearers will be Trent Rowe, Donny Hatcher, Wesley Long, Harold Miles, Steve Parnell and Mike Teague.
