Lena Faye White was born in Beggs, Oklahoma January 4th , 1915, the daughter of Ed and Dora Sinor Smith, the 4th of 10 children. She went to her Heavenly home August 19th 2006 at age 91 in Winfield Kansas. She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, 3 brothers: an infant brother Clarence Smith, Willis Smith, and Opal Smith; an infant sister and sisters: Marie Pointer, Mollie Bradberry, and Ida Hayes; her Husband of 60 years, William A White, her son-in-law Jim Holland, 4 grandchildren: Kevin White, Sammy Chisum, Darrel Holland, and Cassandra White; 3 great-grandchildren Kevin White, Adrian Haydon, and Ciara Rae Curtis.
She is survived by 2 brothers: Harvey Smith and Guy Smith; 8 Children: Sue Holland, Clifton White, Jake White, Stanley White, Ron White, Shirley Setzkorn, Connie Ables, and Chris White; 24 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11:00am Thursday August 24th at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church in Monkey Run, with Reverend Bobby Carson officiating. Visitation will be from 6pm to 9pm, Wednesday August 23rd with family receiving friends at Roller Funeral Home.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home, Mountain Home. Memorials may be made to the Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church.
