Olive Lynn Evans Kiser, 81, of Springdale went to be with our Heavenly Father March 1, 2004, at her home, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born Nov. 9, 1922, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Walter and Zula Bonita Evans. She is joining her husband, Ed, in heaven.

Lynn loved the Lord and went about His business daily with prayer groups and Bible studies. She filled His garden with beauty and grace as she filled her yard with flowers and birds.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathryn Kiser of Springdale and her family of Nashville, Tenn., and Elizabeth Timmons, her husband Max, children Tiffany, Timothy and Emily of Fayetteville; her brother, Ernest Evans and family of Burton, Texas; sister, Lois Ball and sons of Marlin, Texas; sister, Mary Katherine Collins and husband of Cape Cod, Mass.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Shady Grove Cemetery in Springdale with the Rev. John Anthony and Jim Roy officiating. Arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale.

There will be a closed casket and no visitation at the request of our loved one.
