Eloise Blasingame
April 4, 1934 - October 31, 2005

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Eloise Blasingame, age 71, of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, formerly of Henderson, Arkansas will be 10:00 a.m.,Saturday, November 5, 2005 at the Custer Herron Cemetery in Henderson, visitation for Mrs. Blasingame will be 6:30-9:00 p.m., Friday at the Roller Funeal Home. Mrs. Blasingame passed away October 31, 2005, in Lillington, North Carolina. She was born April 7, 1934, in Sumerall, Mississippi, to Margaret and Louis Broom. She married John V. Blasingame on September 1, 1949. Mrs. Blasingame spent most of her life as a devoted wife and mother of four children. She briefly operated two restaurants in Henderson in the early 1990’s.

She is survived by two sons: J. Dennis (Sheryl) Blasingame: Windell, North Carolina; and Robert (Cheryl) Blasingame: Henderson; two daughters: Vicki Litz: Gulfport, Mississippi and Mary (Jim) Mautz: Fuquay Varina, North Carolina; two brothers including Glenn Broome of Mountain Home; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; and one sister.
