The Baxter Bulletin, Mountain Home, Arkansas, June 8, 1945:
Mrs. Emma Stone Christian, born Aug. 17, 1868 ar Paducah, Kentucky and came to Baxter County at age 9. Survivors are two sons, Cliff Talbert of Springfield, Missouri and Lee Christian of Coffeyville, Kansas. Services were held June 2. Burial was at Oakland.
