Lloyd L Brammer, 80, of Kibler died Friday, Sept 5, 2003, in a local hospital. He was a rancher and a retired international representative for the AFL & CIO. He attended Sunnyside Assembly Church. He is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Hamlin of Kibler; a son, Gary Brammer of Fort Smith; four sisters, Velma Smith of Mountainburg, Annale Peters of Rudy, Oletha Young of Tulsa and Edwina Ball of Fort Smith; a brother, Harlan Brammer of Alma; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Darrel Lewis, Steve and Neal Hamlin, Mike Brammer, Wayne Rankin and John Marley. Memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International, P.O. Box 1751, Van Buren, AR 72957, or Steward Cemetery.
