Wife of John M. Davis
April 17, 1856 - May 26, 1922
Waldo, June 1 - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary P. Davis, who died in Little Rock May 26, were held at the Methodist church here Sunday afternoon, with Rev. Ross H. Glass of Waldo, Rev. R. M. Holland of Magnolia and Rev. J. A. Sage of Prescott officiating. Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband, J. M. Davis; two sons, Laurin E. and Galin A., and two sisters, Mrs. Allie Blake of Waldo and Mrs. McClure of Falcon. Burial was in Shiloh cemetery, north of Waldo. (Arkansas Democrat - June 1, 1922)
