Melva 'Pearl' Eubank of Mt. Home died Friday (May 9, 1997) at Baxter County Regional Hospital. She was 75.
Mrs. Eubank was born Aug 2, 1921, in Maountainire, NM, to David Pascol and Ellen Morris Childress. She married George Ralph Eubank on Aug 2, 1939, in Santa Fe, NM. She was a homemaker and a member of the Buford Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, at home; two sons, Bill Ralph Eubank and his wife, Carol, of Gassville and Joe Martin Eubank and his wife, Bernadine, of Mt. Home; a daughter, Dice Melva Eubank McGuire and her husband, Jerry, of Mt. Home; a brother; five sisters; eight grandchildren, David and Kelley Eubank, Anissia Wayland, Chris Eubank, Douglas McGuire, all of Mt. Home, William George McGuire of Kansas, Kimberly Kay Bradley of St. Louis, MO, and Rhonda Suzanne Lockhard of Pensacola, FL; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister, her mother and her father-in-law.
Visitation will be 9-11AM Monday at Kirby Funeral Home. Brother Ray Crawford will officiate at the graveside service at 1PM Monday at Fairview Cemetery.
Kirby &Family and the US Forest Service have provided for the planting of a tree as a living memorial and tribute to Mrs. Eubank.
