A graveside service for Marie E. Sinor of Mt. Home will be at 2PM today at Fairview Cemetery in Buford with Bro. Ray Crawford officiating. Mrs. Sinor passed away Friday (Dec 14, 2001) at Care Manor. She was 96.
She was born May 5, 1905, at Buford to James Calvin and Sarah Jane (Smothers) Hopper. She married Truman L. Sinor on Sep 19, 1926, at Mt. Home. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Sinor was a lifetime area resident. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and enjoyed cooking, traveling and visiting friends and family.
She is survived locally by nieces Beverly Morton and husband Charles, Marie Flock and Elizabeth McClellan, all of Mt. Home; and many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons Bernnie and Leonard, four brothers and six sisters.
Visitation will be 9AM to 12PM today at Roller Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Buford Fairview Cemetery Fund.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
