Funeral services for James Woodford Shipley, 82, of Mt. Home, who died last Friday were held Monday at Galatia Chruch, with the Rev. R.V. Ellis officiating. Burial was in the Galatia Cemetery with the Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Shipley was born in Baxter County February 17, 1871. He was a member of the Pentecostal Chruch. Survivors include five sons, Woodford of Mt. Home, Orvill Coquille, OR, Marion of Norfork, Henry of Jacksonville and Homer of Kansas City; two daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Glincher (name is hard to read.)of Mt. Home and Mrs. Ella Hensley of Ellis.
