Mrs. Ermalee Girtman, 45, of Wichita, KS, a native of Baxter County, died Thursday June 3, at Wichita.
Funeral services were held at 2PM Sunday at the Galatia Methodist Church, east of Norfork, with Bro. Oris Vincen of Norfork officiating. Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery under the direction of the McClure Service.
Mrs. Girtman was born at Big Flat on July 2, 1919, and was the daughter of Jim Young and Essie Lovings Young. She was married Feb 15, 1945, to Willaim R. Girtman, and was a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving her are her husband of Wichita; a son, Johnny Goodman of Norfork; two grandsons; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Young of Norfork; two brothers, Wayne Young of Norfork and C.J. Young of Bridgeport, WA; and three sister, Mrs. Lillie Mae Jolly of Chickasha, OK, Mrs. Willie Mae Shelby of Arizona, and Mrs. Ruby Nell Dick also of Chickasha.
