Rita A. Parnell of Norfork died Monday (Dec 26, 1994) at Baxter County Regional Hospital. She was 39.
A lifelong Norfork resident, Mrs. Parnell was born June 21, 1955, at Kansas City, KS, to Vernon and Dixie Hendrix Wilson. She married Keith Parnell on June 10, 1972, at Culp, AR, and was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Parnell was preceded in death by her father, one brother, Robert Wilson and and infant daughter.
She is survived by her mother, Dixie Wilson of Norfork; two daugthers, Jennifer and Ambra Parnell of Norfok; two brothers, James and David Wilson of Oklahoma City, OK; five sisters, Rose Jones of Calico Rock, Jetta Wilson of Norfork, Randa Wilson of Whiteville, Jeanette Staggs of Kansas and Carmen Kurtz of Denver, PA and serveral nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 9AM to 9PM today at Roller Funeral Home in Mt. Home.
Services will be 2PPM Thursday at Norfork Baptist Church, with Brother Don Pfalser officiating.
Pallbearers will be Terry Jones, Jack Wilson, Carl King, Gene McFall, David Henderson and Bobby Parnell. Honorary pallbearers will be Colbert Wilson, T.W. Wilson, Warren Gragg and Robert Southard.
Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
