Glenn Tyger, age 72, of Jacksonville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 25, 2009. He is survived by his wife Alice and his daughter Susasn. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2009, in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.

Alice Faye Tyger, 77, of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 16, 2017. She was preceded in death by her mother, Viola Sheffield, father, Silas Sheffield, three siblings Clint, Jean and Stan Sheffield, her husband Tom Tyger and her niece Laura Kukucka. She survived by her daughter Susan Tyger and her three beautiful nieces Renee Uschold, Tammy Mayfield and Melanie Reynolds.
Alice was known by her family as "Toots". She was a homemaker for the majority of her 47 year marriage, but also worked outside of the home at Regal Ware in Jacksonville. Alice was loving mother and wife, she loved to cook for family and friends, she had an incredible sense of humor, a green thumb and generous heart for anyone in need.
Visitation will be at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Monday, June 19, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
Charitable donations may be made in Alice's memory to Jacksonville Care Channel 210 N Elm Street Jacksonville, AR 72076.
