Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Elizabeth Chapman, aged 77, of Norfork Star Route were held Monday at 2PM in the Burnt Schoolhouse, with Bro. Joe Howard of Dora, MO, officiating.
Interment was in the Burnt Schoolhouse
Cemetery, under direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Mrs. Chapman, a lifetime resident of Baxter County, died June 15, at her home near Lone Rock, south of White River.
Born at Lone Rock September 1, 1882, her parents were the late Bill Sanders and Mary Tina Cubbins Sanders. Mrs. Chapman was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are six son, Edgar and Marvin of Mt. Home, Harvey of Oregon and Wilson, Oscar and John Chapman, all of Norfork; five daughters, Mrs. Gracie Elledge, Poplar Bluff, MO, Mrs. Tina Freeman of Oregon, Mrs. Dorothy Bench, Norfork, Miss Vivian Chapman of the home and Mrs. Mary Hurst of Norfork; 30 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Bob Sanders, Singer, CA and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Johnson of the home.
