Hope Josephine (McKamey) Sloan the wife of Frederick Rudolph Sloan. Hope Josephine (McKamey) Sloan the daughter of Oscar Haygood McKamey, Sr. and Mabel (Goss) McKamey.
JOSEPHINE HOPE McKAMEY SLOAN, 81, of Imboden died Sun., March 22, 2001 at the Pocahontas Nursing & Rehab Center. Born Sep. 8, 1919 in Imboden, she was a daughter of the late Oscar H. & Mabel Goss McKamey.
She was united in marriage to Fred Sloan in 1948 who preceded her in death in 1970.
Funeral services were held Tus., March 13, at the First Baptist Church of Imboden.
Interment was in Hope Cemetery at Imboden under direction of Bryan Funeral Home of Hoxie.
Obituary located through archives The Jonesboro Sun Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas published Mar 2001.
