A very brief obituary for Charles Jackson was carried in the April 8, 1932, issue of The Baxter Bulletin. It indicated that the 27-year old farmer died at his home in Martin Springs, and that he was survived by his wife and twin babies.
A plaque has been attached to the reverse side of the tombstone.
