October 17, 1923 - August 1, 2007
Maurine Davis, age 83, of Hampton, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007. She was born on October 17, 1923, at Hampton. She was a retired clerk and a member of the First Baptist Church of Hampton.
Survivors include two sons, Clyde Davis of Tinsman and Jimmy Davis of Conroe, TX; two sisters, Reba Hannegan of Corpus Christi, TX and Gloria Ann Stiles of El Dorado; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Clarence and Marzell Oliver; he was preceded in death by a son, Randall Davis.
Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church of Hampton with the Rev. Clint Ritchie officiating. Burial will be in Earnest Cemetery by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register: www.bentonfuneralhome.com.
