Dixie Newton, 79 of Camden, AR passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Ouachita Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born January 19, 1939 to E. J. and Eva Mae Garner Doherty.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Malay Crawford; and her grandson, Myles Scott-Newton Harrison. She is survived her husband, Charles Newton of Camden, AR.
A graveside service will be at 1:00PM Friday, January 26, 2018 at New Hope Cemetery in Woodberry, AR. Rod Halliburton will officiate the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
