Joyce Bryant, age 81, of Warren, Arkansas died Friday at John R. Wiliamson House, El Dorado. She was born January 19, 1932 at Warren, Arkansas a daughter of the late Robert Stedman and Villie Virginia "Kit" Smith Stedman. Mrs. Bryant was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a retired teacher for First Baptist Church Kindergarten. Surviving is her husband of 61 years Marvin Bryant; 2 sons Dr Donnie Bryant, DDS and spouse Patti, Warren, Ark. and Robert E. "Bob" Bryant and spouse Barbara, Camden, Arkansas; a sister Martha Sorrels, Atlanta, Ga; 5 grandchildren Dr. Julie Bryant Branch, DDS, Warren, Ark; Jonathan Bryant, Little Rock, Ark, Lee Bryant, Warrenton, Ore, Megan Bryant, El Dorado, Ark. and Zach Bryant, Warren, Ark. 5 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a grandson Joseph Bryant and a brother Willis Stedman. Funeral services were 2:00pm Sunday, August 4, at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. David Richey officiating. Linda Barrett was pianist. Burial was in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren. Active pallbearers were Jonathan Bryant, Lee Bryant, Zach Bryant, Steve Parnell, Zach Branch and Heath Bryant. Honorary pallbearers were Barnard Smith, Grady Rawls, Wilton Pulley, Bobby Hargraves, James Hunter, Wayne Griffin, Dr. Kerry Pennington and Faith Sunday School Class at Immanuel Baptist Church. Memorials preferred to Immanuel Baptist Church or First Baptist Church both of Warren. (Frazer Funeral Home - Warren, Arkansas)
