Lavada Faye Weaver, 80, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord Monday, April 22, 2013.

She was a long time member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church, a member of The Seekers Sunday School Class. Her life revolved around the church where she served faithfully as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School and Youth Worker for many years. She volunteered as a worker in the Food Bank of her church. She never worked outside the home but worked tirelessly raising four girls and loving her husband completely.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jesse Weaver of 53 years and daughter, Brenda Weaver Patterson; and survived by three daughters, Patricia Almquist and husband, Gary; Barbara Carter and husband, Carlos; Linda Hammett and husband, Tommy, all of Little Rock; six grandchildren, Chris Hammett; Bryan Carter; Eric Almquist; Stephanie Rodella; Krystel Davis and William Carter and eleven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Edward Parker of Houston, Arkansas and one brother-in-love, Coolidge Weaver and sister-in-love, Ocie Caldwell also of Zavalla, Texas; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Crystal Hill Baptist Church, 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2013. Visitation will be Friday, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800. Brother Larry Ballard, Pastor of Crystal Hill Baptist Church will be officiating services. Interment will be in Crystal Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Crystal Hill Baptist Church Prayer Garden, 18823 Crystal Valley Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210.
