Sister Linda Richard was born on
March 2nd, 1944, to the late Artis and
Lottie Jamerson in Strong, Arkansas.
She departed this earthly body on
Friday, January 1st, 2021, at Life Touch
Hospice in El Dorado, Arkansas. Linda
accepted Christ at an early age and
became a member of Shiloh Missionary
Baptist Church, where she joined the
choir. After getting married, she united with
Marion Baptist Church in Marion, Louisiana,
but later returned to her childhood church at Shiloh.
Linda was united in Holy matrimony to the late Brother
Huey P. Richard.
Linda was a loving sister and aunt. She always had an
upbeat, loving, and sassy personality that would put a smile
on anyone’s face. She was a faithful choir member and
enjoyed singing. Linda really enjoyed fishing and would go
every chance she had. She loved her family and definitely
knew how to voice her opinion to keep them in-line.
Linda leaves to cherish her memories: her brother, Billy
Ray (Lessie) Jamerson; her sisters, Alice Thrower and
Barbara Jamerson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins,
