Dorothy E. McLelland 94, of Prescott, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013 in Hope, Arkansas. She was born November 9, 1918 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Prescott, Ruth Sunday School Class, and Eastern Star. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Maurice McLelland Sr.; one son, Maurice Sonny McLelland Jr.; one sister. She is survived by one son, Jerald Wayne McLelland of Prescott, Arkansas; one granddaughter Charlene Clark and James of Hope, Arkansas; two special nieces, Betty Jean Whisenant and Marion Black; one sister, Gertrude Hanson of Louisiana; four great grandchildren, Grant Clark III, Scarlet Clark, Sophia Clark, Sonny Clark. Visitation will be held Wednesday June 12, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm at Pharr Funeral Home Prescott, Arkansas. Service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 10:00am at Central Baptist Church in Prescott, Arkansas with Bro. Tom Mitchell, Bro. Ricky Burke and Bro. Neal Ridling and officiating under the direction of Pharr Funeral Home of Prescott. Interment to follow at Deann Cemetery in Prescott under the direction of Pharr Funeral Home of Prescott, Arkansas.
