Deloise Marie Rucker of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed this life on Sunday February 11, 2018. She was born January 24, 1946 in Kansas City, Kansas to Warren J. Hill and Nettie Mae Norwood-Hill. She retired from Rheem with 35 years. She attended Lincoln High School in 1946. She was a member of Mission Point Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. Deloise was predeceased by her father Warren J. Hills, her mother Nettie Norwood-Hill, her late husband Carl A. Rucker, one sister Cora Mae Gaines-Johnson and one aunt Rosie Mae Christian. Her Homegoing Service will Saturday, at Mission Point Baptist Church 3221 No 52nd St Fort Smith, Arkansas with burial to follow at Washington Cemetery.

Deloise leaves to cherish her memory one daughter Roberta Lee Youngblood of Fort Smith, two sons; John Thomas Youngblood of Fort Smith and Caesar Robert Hill and wife Alesia Leonard of Bahrain, one brother Presly Allen Hill of Tucker, AR, 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces and cousins. Pallbearers will be Wendell Christian, James Williams, Leo Fields, Jamelle Youngblood, Darrin Scarborough and Shaquan Allen.
