Nancy Louise Cross, 71, of Fort Smith, AR, entered into rest on February 15, 2014 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born May 30, 1942 in Fort Smith, AR, to the late Willie and Ella Perkins. She was a domestic engineer and a member of Mt. Zion CME Church. She was preceded in death by her son Samuel Cross. She is survived by 4 sons Michael Cross and wife Rhonda of Fort Smith, AR; Darrell Cross of Fort Smith, AR; Kevin Cross of Fort Smith, AR; and Chris Cross and wife Tammy of Fort Smith, AR. 3 brothers Donnie Ray Perkins of Muskogee, OK; Roscoe Perkins of Lawton, OK; and Olish Perkins of Fort Smith, AR. 2 sisters Willie Jean Yarbrough of Moore, OK and Alice Perkins of Fort Smith, AR. 22 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 204 at Mt. Zion CME Church 910 N. 7th St. Fort Smith, AR. with interment at Washington Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR. Family will receive friends from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Pallbearers will be Willie Love Jr., Terry Harris, Michael Hodge, Herb Alston, Fred Ferguson and Robert Marks. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons and flower girls will be granddaughters. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
