Lillian R. Thurman, 83, of Prairie Grove died Wednesday at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Sept. 22, 1919, in Ferriday, La., to Bill Ragland and Bennie Richie.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Prairie Grove.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Thurman.
Survivors include one son, Bill Thurman of Prairie Grove; two daughters, Leone Chafin of Berryville and Suzanne Dukewits of Springfield, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church of Prairie Grove with the Rev. Joe Sherman officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 216, Prairie Grove, Ark. 72753.
Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
