Thelma Watkins, 89, of Fort Smith, died June 22, 2009 in Fort Smith. She was a retired employee of Montgomery Ward and she was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Ms. Watkins was preceded in death by her parents: William and Sarah Jane Williams Cox; her husband: Loren S. Watkins; and one brother, Harley Barlow.
She is survived by one cousin and her husband: Elvena and Gene Fox of Fort Smith and one sister in law: Evelyn Barlow of Huntington, AR.
Funeral service was held on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 2:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Ms. Watkins was laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
